What things, events, songs and so forth make you think of summer?

Here's the idea.
You post one in your replies.
Reply as many times as you want or until the thread seems kinda dead.

Pick a lyric, a song, a food, a drink, an event, something that you do every summer, anything that to you is summer related.

And when it's dry and whispy in the winter it doesn't have the same smell.

Ok, lets get romantic.

A picnic basket, complete with the blanket.
A sunset and a chilled bottle of Chardonnay with assorted goodies.

How about a sunset on a porch swing for two with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc?

Or even an afternoon lunch of salad, or fresh fruit and a bottle of Pinot Gris or Grigio.

Lobster, shrimp on the grill. Fresh fish....
